Composition of Services Selection Board!!!


COMPOSITION OF SSB: - 

Each Services Selection Board consists of three teams, namely: -

The Interviewing Officers: - Comprises of the President and Deputy President.

The Group Testing Officers: - Popularly known as GTOs. Each Board consists of four GTOs.

The Psychologists: - Four on each Board. One of them sets the written paper but the answer books are assessed by all of them to expedite the work.

      SELF DESCRIPTION (SD) Self-description test in SSB  is one of the Psychology tests and it is used to test, how much you know about you and how people around you see you as a person. In other words, this is a test to bring your traits and qualities out from you and check what type of person you are. Generally there are 5 paragraphs which are asked to write: §   Parents opinion §   Friends/colleagues opinion §   Teachers/Seniors opinion §   Self opinion §   Aim in life and Qualities you would like to improve.
